Balance is different than any other club I know. The coaches will know the players not by number but by their names. We are a smaller club and are not focused on building an “empire” of volleyball but rather valuing each player as an individual. Balance doesn’t just develop players, we develop young women to learn important attributes (discipline, respect, etc.) they will apply to their lives. I know this because I lived it and I wouldn’t be the same today without Balance.
